To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • The name of the app you're using.
  • Your device model and iOS version.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.

Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel them anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com .
